Thank you for considering the Eminent Artists Agency (EAA) for your upcoming consultation. We are pleased to provide a detailed proposal for your request to have one of our consultants visit your office for an in-person meeting. This meeting will offer a personalized and in-depth experience to address your specific needs, leveraging our expertise in the arts industry. Scope of Service: Our consultant will travel to your office to provide tailored professional advice and guidance during the in-person meeting. This will allow us to better understand your vision and assist you in achieving your goals more effectively. Costs Involved: Application Fee: A non-refundable $50 application fee is required upfront. If your application is approved, this will secure your initial booking. Consultation Deposit: Upon acceptance of your application, a $500 deposit will be due to confirm the booking. This amount will be credited toward the total cost of the consultation. Travel Expenses: Airfare: The client is responsible for booking and paying for round-trip airline tickets for our consultant. Ground Transportation: Any ground transportation (to and from airports, and during the stay) will be covered by the client. Lodging: Accommodations for the duration of the visit will also be paid for by the client. Payment Terms: Upon receipt of the application fee, we will review your request and respond within [number of days]. If accepted, a $500 deposit is required to secure the meeting date. Remaining balances for travel and accommodation costs will be paid upon receipt of the invoices, provided after the completion of the consultation. Next Steps: Submit the $50 application fee along with your preferred consultation dates. Upon acceptance, we will proceed with finalizing travel arrangements and collecting the $500 deposit.
