Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Tour reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. Space may be limited, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If the tour operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduling. Weather Policy Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, dangerous conditions, or city emergency declarations, the tour may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the tour operator. Guests will be notified as soon as possible if weather conditions require changes to the schedule. Arrival & Check-In Guests should arrive at the designated meeting location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may forfeit their reservation without refund. Physical Requirements This is a walking tour conducted on public sidewalks, streets, and uneven historic surfaces. Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Participants are responsible for determining their own physical ability to complete the tour. Safety & Conduct Guests must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide. Respectful behavior toward the guide, fellow guests, residents, and local businesses is required at all times. Disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund. Photography & Media Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use during the tour. By participating, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify the guide at the beginning of the tour. Liability Waiver Participation in the tour is voluntary and at the guest's own risk. Craig Klein and affiliated parties are not responsible for injuries, losses, theft, property damage, or delays arising from participation in the tour. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the experience. Children Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
