Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom printed when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error with your order.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered)

How to request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

We cannot offer returns/refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)

  • Normal wear and tear
