Service Description
Schedule a complimentary 15 minute Zoom consultation with an Eminent Artists executive account representative. During this introductory meeting, we’ll learn about your vision, discuss your goals and explore how we can be of service to help move your project forward. There is no cost or obligation—just an opportunity to connect, ask questions and identify the right next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation Booking Policy Eminent Artists Agency offers complimentary consultations to learn more about prospective clients, creative professionals, businesses and projects and to determine whether our services may be a good fit. Requests and Confirmation Submitting a consultation request does not create a confirmed appointment. All requests are reviewed by the Eminent Artists Agency team and are subject to availability. Your consultation is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email from Eminent Artists Agency. We may approve the requested time, propose an alternative time or decline a request at our discretion. Consultation Purpose The complimentary consultation is intended as an introductory conversation. It may be used to: * Learn about your goals, project or professional needs * Discuss relevant Eminent Artists services * Identify possible next steps * Determine whether a working relationship may be appropriate The consultation does not include extensive strategy development, creative production, written evaluations, project materials, representation or other deliverables unless separately agreed upon. Eligibility and Frequency Complimentary consultations are generally limited to one consultation per person, company or project. Additional meetings may require a paid consultation or active service agreement. Eminent Artists Agency reserves the right to prioritize requests that align with our services, capabilities and current availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you cannot attend, please cancel or request a new time at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who miss a confirmed consultation without notice or cancel repeatedly may no longer be eligible for a complimentary consultation. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled. Preparation Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting your request. If applicable, include relevant links or a brief description of your project. Do not submit confidential, proprietary or unreleased materials unless specifically requested. Materials submitted before a formal agreement are reviewed at the sender’s discretion. No Guarantee of Services or Representation A consultation does not guarantee: * Acceptance as an Eminent Artists client or member * Artist management or representation * Project development, production or distribution * Funding, employment, or placement
